I wanted to provide an update that we had a succession planning meeting yesterday. The point of that meeting was to ensure that we're all able to continue playing pickleball at the Progress Pickleball Club.
I want to assure everyone that we will do everything we can to avoid interruptions to our programs.
I've been helping Mike with the club since 2017. I'm familiar with the history of the Progress Pickleball Club and how it's evolved over the years. I'll be leveraging that experience to hopefully make our club an even better place to play.
Having Adrienne Goddard working with me will be a first step in that direction. As part of her role, she will be overseeing both our membership program and drop-in program. Since she joined Progress, she's been a stellar ambassador for the club through her infectious love of pickleball and community.
Together, we'll continue to provide you updates as we work through this transition phase.
Thanks,
(Coach) Ray Nanji

Thank you for all of your well wishes and offers of support since Mike announced that he is leaving the Club in our hands as of December 1.
Many thanks to Mike for running the Progress Pickleball Club as long as he has. We wish him all the best on the next steps of his pickleball journey.
I had never even heard of pickleball before last year, and now I cannot imagine life without the Progress Pickleball Club and all of my pickleball friends, so I'm going to do whatever I can to keep it going.
I will keep the drop-in program running as best I can, and I will be relying on help from you, its members. Please don't run away if you see me begging....
Once Ray and I have a handle on things, we are hoping to introduce some enhancements to the program. This will be subject to what the facility owner permits, and what we can handle, so stay tuned! This is happening very quickly, and we are doing our best.
See you on the courts,
Adrienne
