For most of you that dressed up and went Trick-or-Treating - and don't pretend that you didn't because we all know that you did - there's no better time to work off all that candy than with some November pickleball at Progress.

Tomorrow, Sun-Nov-04, from 9 am to 12 noon, we'll be hosting Pickleball 365 and running a 2018 Year-End Demo Day and Merchandise Sale.
Pickleball 365 will be providing some newer generation pickleball paddles to demo like the much talked about TMPR line and others from Head and ProLite. They'll also be bringing t-shirts, grips, Head bags, and Onix Fuse balls (indoor and outdoor).
All merchandise will be offered at discounted prices. Plus, there will be a draw for a free Head bag!

Pickleball Fundamentals Clinics
Mike Livie will be running a new series of his popular Pickleball Fundamentals Clinics.
The clinics will commence next week and will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They will run up until mid-December.

On October 20th, it was one year since we launched our club website. It has evolved over the past year to better service our club players.
Many thanks to all of you who emailed me with your kind words about the site and to those of you who provided constructive criticism and feedback.

2018 Pan Am Tournament Report
This year's Annual Pan Am Tournament was held from Fri-Oct-26 through to Sun-Oct-28 at the Pan Am Centre in Markham, Ontario. It was an extremely competitive event with a lot of strong teams.
A number of our Progress players participated in this tournament and represented our club well.
The final results have been provided courtesy of Tournament Director, Nizar Moosa. I've taken those results and posted them in this report.
Nizar indicated that he plans on sending out a link to the photos that were taken during the tournament. Once that link is emailed out, I'll update the report and web post accordingly.
